Please use the following Sales Tax Form to report sales made during the event.

Vendor Fee:  $50.00 per booth space

Booth Space is 10 x 12 (no overlapping into adjoining spaces)
Set up will begin at 6:30 a.m.

• Checks payable to Stone County Economic Development Partnership (SCEDP).
