Stone County Forestry Association

Affiliate of the Mississippi Forestry Association

 

  The purpose of the association shall be to serve as the "Voice of Forestry" in Stone County and to conduct public affairs, communication, and educational programs that will foster better forest management and utilization as well as understanding of and appreciation for the forest, its wildlife, and forest based industries of Stone County.

                                             

 

Meets the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 for dutch-treat breakfast at the Saw Mill Restaurant.  (Annual dues are $15 individual, $25 couple; anyone with an interest in forestry is welcome.)

 

Share your experiences with other tree farmers; learn about techniques, workshops and programs.
