• Review and update Stone County information for the 2009 Guide
• Create a half page Ad for the 300,000 circulation disbursed at all State Welcome Centers

Tours/Day Trippers

• Goal of two Tour/Day Trippers per month
• Building of Tour Guides listing through marketing
  • consists of email blasts, mailing
• Building of direct demand from Day Trippers
  • consists of targeting audience with email blasts, mailing
• Continual development of tour product

Calendar of Events

• Distribution of Calendar of Events to papers, websites, regional magazines
• Continual update of Calendar of Events in all media forms and distribution lists

Signage

• Review of all bill board messaging
• Decision and development of additional signage in County
• Review of City signs

Rack Card

• Creation of Rack Card for State Welcome Centers, mailers, packet inserts

Hospitality

• Create a pool of volunteers to man the Dizzy Dean Rest Area
• Continual building of Hospitality Volunteers

Businesses/Attractions

• Creation and recruitment of business/attractions for tourism

Meetings

• Travel South Showcase with Sponsorship
• Booth participation
• Work toward being a destination stop for Crusin the Coast
• Continue to build relationships with the Tourism Division of Mississippi Development Authority
